Not all 5ks are the same

I thought that I might speed up my 5k time a little by running on a continuous flat smooth surface, instead of the stoney, hilly track around the golf course. So I tried last year's triathlon route to gain some practical experience and a better indication of my run time.

27 minutes at 10 seconds.

Not all 5k runs are the same.

Current weight is 15 stones and 7 pounds (217 pounds / 98.5 kg).

Smithy Boy.
This is unbelievably impressive stuff.
Are you really finding that 800 cals is enough for the amount of exercise you are doing? Does the Scarsdale put you into ketosis?

Will post your CD Rom tomorrow...sorry forgot before I went on holiday.

See you soon...if I recognise you.

Not sure about Ketosis - my liver has enough to think about processing the whisky.

If I'm hungry, I'll have something to eat, so I'm not taking things to extremes at all. It's just about eating the right things instead of reaching for the Mars bars.

Scarsdale is extremely helpful when used correctly, but you can't do it for any longer than 2 weeks at a time.

Yes but are you sure you did two laps and round the back of the right building?

Sorry, The Editor, but I believe I did.
